Dear Plexus Contributors,
Feature
I got the chance to chat with Anne-Laure at Ness Labs, a small journal focused on online wellbeing. Here’s a feature they did on Plexus:

App
The app change we made this week was small but may feel like a shift (hopefully good).
There used to be a next step row, where you see like three suggested thoughts at a time. A lot of you told us you felt like it split your attention to see them all at once. It felt feedy, and it made you regret paths not taken.
So we, simplified things a bit. The next-step-row became a carousel. So there’s only one suggested thought that you see at any given time. Our hope is that it makes it easier for you to stay focused, honor your intention rather than your attention, and move forward.
Stats this week: 1450 Steps, 94 Walkers
Team:
Micah and I are starting to interview Founding Design candidates this week. We’re looking for an extraordinary rule-breaker.
Future:
We’re considering a few ways to make Walking better. We’re curious by which you all are most excited. For reference:
Shareable Walks = ability to share a link to your walk with friends / social networks / etc, like essays.
In-App Prompts = getting daily prompts in app (rather than over email from me)
Walking Partners = folks you take the most same steps with.
Stepthroughs = alerts that others have stepped through your thoughts
Condense walks = ability to easily organize / condense walks around key points
Coming across your thinking in here makes me appreciate each of you. There’s so much more in your heads than we could ever know.
Keep Walking with us. Come to our Sunday 1pm Walk if inclined.
Davey
